ALCA apps are licensed on a per-app, per-user basis. Each license grants you the right to use the app on all your personal devices.

Free tiers are available for personal use with feature limitations. Pro licenses unlock full functionality and are valid for the purchased billing period. Enterprise licenses are negotiated individually.

ALCA software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any data loss, damages, or issues arising from the use of our apps.

Since our apps process data locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining backups of your files and encryption keys.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid purchases. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days for a full refund — no questions asked.

Refunds are processed through the respective store platform and typically appear within 5–10 business days. After the 30-day period, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

All ALCA software, branding, and content are the intellectual property of ALCA. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or redistribute any ALCA software.

Your data remains yours. We claim no ownership or rights over the content you create, encrypt, or process using our apps.

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our servers.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abuse of our services. In such cases, we will provide notice when possible.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through appropriate legal channels.
