We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide our services: your email address and display name when you create an account, and your license keys when you make a purchase.

We do not collect telemetry, usage analytics from our desktop apps, or any information about the files you encrypt, store, or process.

ALCA apps are designed to work entirely on your device. Your files, encryption keys, and sensitive data never leave your computer.

All encryption and decryption happens locally using AES-256. We have zero access to your encrypted content — by design, not by policy.

All payments are processed through the Microsoft Store, Apple App Store, or Google Play Store. We never see, store, or have access to your credit card details.

Each store platform handles billing, invoicing, and tax compliance. Their respective privacy policies govern the payment data they collect.

We use Plausible Analytics for our website — a privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics tool that is fully GDPR compliant.

Plausible collects no personal data, uses no cookies, and all data is aggregated. We see page views and referrers, not individual visitors.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights:

• Right of Access — Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
• Right to Rectification — Request correction of inaccurate personal data.
• Right to Erasure — Request deletion of your personal data and account.
